What we collect

• The URL you submit for scanning, and the audit results.
• Your source IP address and user agent, for rate limiting and abuse prevention.
• If you request the full PDF report: the email address, name, and company you provide.

How we use it

Scan results are used to generate your report. If you submit an email to unlock the PDF, that contact information may be shared with Intelligent Automation's sales team for follow-up regarding the audit findings. We do not sell your data to third parties.

Third-party data sources

The Performance category calls Google's PageSpeed Insights API, which receives the URL you submitted (not your contact information) subject to Google's own privacy policy.

Retention

Scan results and audit logs are retained for operational and security purposes. Audit log entries are retained for 90 days.

To request deletion of your submitted email/contact information, contact us via intelamation.com.
