Terms of Service — Argos Site Health

Effective 2026-07-10. Argos Site Health ("the Service") is a free tool operated by Intelligent Automation, LLC ("IA", "we", "us"). By submitting a URL for scanning, you agree to the following:

What the Service does

You submit a URL. We fetch publicly-served pages from that URL through an SSRF-guarded HTTP client — the same way any web browser or search engine crawler would — and evaluate them against a fixed set of SEO, Performance, Accessibility, and Best Practices checks. We do not attempt to bypass authentication, access non-public pages, or interact with the site beyond a normal page fetch.

Your responsibility

You represent that you either own the site you submit or have authorization to have it scanned. We reserve the right to refuse or suspend scanning of any target.

No warranty

Results are automated, best-effort, and provided "as is." They are not a guarantee of search ranking, page performance, or legal/accessibility compliance (e.g. formal ADA/WCAG conformance requires a full manual audit by a qualified professional). Performance data sourced from Google's PageSpeed Insights API is subject to Google's own terms and availability.

Rate limits

The Service enforces per-IP, per-domain, and service-wide submission limits, and a cooldown period between repeat scans of the same domain, to keep the free tool available to everyone.
